The Company collects and stores the User's identification documents, as well as reports on all transactions made on the account.

The Company monitors suspicious transactions on the User's account, as well as transactions conducted under special conditions.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry out an operation at any time and at any stage if the Company has reason to believe that the operation is related to money laundering and criminal activity. In accordance with international law, the Company is not obliged to notify the user that their activity is suspicious and that information about it has been submitted to the relevant government authorities.

According to the internal AML Policy, the Company conducts initial and ongoing identity checks on players in accordance with the level of potential risk posed by the user. As part of these checks, the Company has the right to take the following actions:

  • require the provision of minimum data for the player's identification;
  • record and store user identification data and documents, as well as information about the methods used for identification and the results of the checks;
  • to check customers' personal data for matches with the list of suspected terrorists compiled by authorized governmental and independent agencies. The minimum set of user identification data includes: full name, date of birth, and residential or registration address;
  • request the source of the funds that the user plans to deposit into the account.

To verify and confirm the authenticity of the above-mentioned data, the Company may require the following documents from the User:

  • a passport, or an identification card, or any other document that meets the following requirements: contains the name, date of birth, and photograph of the document holder; was issued by a national government agency;
  • a recently received utility bill (no older than 3 months) or another document confirming the User's residential address.

The Company may also request any other additional information that needs to be supported by relevant documents. In certain cases, the Company may require notarized copies of documents.
